As our jewellery accessories, wedding tiaras and fascinators are all handcrafted no two items are exactly the same. When colour matching, every effort is made to get as close to the colour required as possible, in some cases this will not be exact. We require the date of your function in order to make each item up for you. Items cannot be returned after your function date.
In the case of damage, we will make every effort to repair or replace your item. However due to Hygeine reasons we are unable to accept returns on Earrings.
Should you need to return your item you will be responsible for all postage costs for the returns.
